 RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Availability:

Pinkforestvilla takes care in ensuring that our stocks are of top quality and in good condition. Pinkforestvilla endeavors to stock all products listed. However, all products are subject to availability.

Pinkforestvilla products are derived from natural materials, so where there are seasonal shortages or in cases where out-of-stock products cannot be supplied within 15 working days, Pinkforestvilla may temporarily restrict or withdraw products from sale and this will apply even after placing an order. In such cases where a complete order cannot be fulfilled, Pinkforestvilla will inform the buyer who will be given alternative options.

 Returns

The products that we sell are in the skincare, wellness and beauty category and we cannot accept any returns. However, in the case of a damage of the product at our end, we are happy to replace the product, excluding postage costs/shipping costs, provided the goods are unopened, unused and are in a perfect, re-saleable condition.

 

We package our goods very carefully but advise you check your parcel as soon as possible upon receipt. In the unlikely event that products have become damaged in transit, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Pinkforestvilla reserves the right to investigate any claims. We will not be able to accept any return/ refund request after two days of receipt of the product by you.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 Terms for return of products:

We do not accept returns of the products once sold. However, in the cases where a damaged product or a wrong product has been shipped, we will replace the product.
The product must be unused and unopened.
The product must be unopened in its original packaging along with all the inserts, poly bag and the order manifest (the address with barcode)
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Return/exchange not accepted other than the cases stated above.

 Exchanges

We endeavor to describe our products accurately and aim for complete customer satisfaction.

 

Customers may return/exchange the items within 2 days in the following cases:

Received a defective or damaged product
Received a different product from what you ordered

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

we may ask for photos of the damaged package.

 Certain situations where refunds are not granted

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We do not replace/refund free gifts or products.
In order to offer the best experience to our Pinkforestvilla customers, Pinkforestvilla reserves the right to limit orders and returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous return policy (such as excessive returns, reselling, or fraud).

Gift cards
Downloadable software products (ebooks etc)

 Note on free gifts:

While we do our best to be generous as a company, free gifts are limited to marketing promotions and defined by monthly marketing plans. Gifts are not open to demand outside set promotion, nor available for exchange or credit. Even providing gifts and samples are completely up to the discretion of Pinkforestvilla

 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 working days of receiving the returned product.

 Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Refunds can take 2-4 weeks.
Then contact your credit card/ debit card company or bank account whichever may be the payment method utilised at the time of purchase, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 SHIPPING CHARGES:

Refunds will not include shipping costs. We are not responsible for the shipping costs if you choose to return the products.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Pinkforestvilla.

 Time taken for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over INR 200, you should use a reputed and trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
